Copyrights Agreement
This Document is part of our Terms of Service.
Numote respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. Numote has no responsibility for content on other web sites that you may find or access through Numote products or services. Material available on or through other web sites may be protected by copyright and the intellectual property laws of the United States and/or other countries. The terms of use of those web sites, and not the Numote Terms of Service, govern your use of that material.
20.1 Content
Numote's web site and mobile application contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, logos, button icons, images, data compilations is the property of Numote or it's content suppliers. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
20.2 User Violations
It is Numote's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may infringe or repeatedly infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Numote and/or others.
20.3 Member Submissions
Items not included in the above categories such as long text passages that are the original works of a Numote member remains copyrighted by that member. By contributing the information on Numote.com, the member has granted Numote the right to use that work on the web site and in other circumstances to improve Numote
20.4 Factual Information
It is our belief information such as but not limited to Show Names, Episode Titles, Air Dates, Cast And Crew are not able to be copyrighted.
20.5 Third Party Images
The pictures found in here such as, but not limited to, Movie Images, TV Show Images, Person Images, are believed to be covered under Fair Use, which means that they are used strictly to illustrate or promote shows/individuals, and for non-profit purposes. Numote does not have explicit permission to use them, so please do not link to them. No copyright infringement is intended.
20.6 Copyright Violations
If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please send an e-mail to tos@numote.com with the following information:
- an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
- a description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
- a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Numote site, with enough detail that we may find it on the web site;
- your address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf.
